Coral Sands reimagines an existing motel property as a contemporary condominium community. The design includes two- and three-bedroom residences within a three-story structure, with potential penthouse or rooftop units. Two distinct building volumes can be organized around a shared central courtyard, supported by resident amenities and ground-level parking.
