A 12-story condominium development in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler neighborhood.
Flagler Village brings 76 condominium residences to a walkable urban setting near downtown Fort Lauderdale. A rooftop sun deck and pool take advantage of views toward the ocean, while an automated parking system makes efficient use of the site. The architecture pairs contemporary residential design with street-level activity and shared amenities. The project received Development Review Committee approval in June 2024.
