Developed as part of an RFP, Freehold Redevelopment explores a new residential anchor for the town’s downtown core. The proposal combines multifamily housing with mixed-use programming, activated streetscapes, and connections to the surrounding neighborhood. Its planning approach balances increased density with the character and history of the existing downtown.
