A mixed-use redevelopment of the former Hooks Bar & Grill site, one block from the ocean.
Hooks Development combines 22 residences with a 4,500-square-foot ground-floor restaurant and two levels of structured parking. Three residential levels are organized around a private courtyard with a pool, gym, and lounge. The design draws on a classic shingle-style coastal vocabulary to connect the new development with its neighborhood and the history of the Boulevard site.
