New Modern Farmhouse

This is a modern farmhouse. Outside you’ve got the classic farmhouse ingredients—simple gabled volumes, board-and-batten with lap siding, a welcoming front porch, and standing-seam metal roof accents—updated with black windows and cleaner trim for a more current look. Inside, the vaulted space with exposed trusses and oversized ring chandeliers leans modern rustic, giving it that “refined barn” feel: traditional structure expressed, but finished in a crisp, contemporary way
