A historic Fort Monmouth dance hall reimagined as a contemporary event venue.
Park Loft adapts a former military-era dance hall within the Fort Monmouth redevelopment into a venue for community gatherings and special events. The design preserves the building’s historic character while introducing contemporary architectural elements and modern amenities. Set within landscaped open space, the 200-seat venue gives an existing landmark a new role in the evolving neighborhood.
