Riverwalk Center

A mixed-use destination connecting new construction with the preservation of historic Allison Hall.

Riverwalk Center combines new commercial buildings with the adaptive reuse of historic structures at Fort Monmouth. The design retains Allison Hall’s brickwork and precast finishes while introducing complementary architecture. Retail, office, restaurant, and entertainment uses connect to the public waterfront promenade, creating an active destination within the redevelopment.
