Dileo Residence

Custom Home - Renovation

This home is a contemporary ranch / modern mountain-modern style. It keeps the low, horizontal massing of a classic mid-century ranch, but updates it with clean lines, dark modern cladding, a standing-seam metal roof, and large black-framed windows. The material mix—stone base, cable/steel railings, and warm wood accents at the entry—adds a refined, modern-lodge feel, while the simple roof forms and minimal trim keep it crisp and current.
