Sycamore Ave - Renovation

renovation and addition

modern rustic / elevated barn style—a warm, lodge-like interior with reclaimed wood wall boards and a plank ceiling with exposed beams, paired with clean, contemporary furniture and lighting so it doesn’t feel overly “country.” Outside, it leans transitional coastal farmhouse with crisp white trim, simple shed/porch structures, and a pergola-driven courtyard. The overall vibe is indoor–outdoor retreat: rustic material richness + modern comfort and openness.
